What it is formulated WITHOUT:

- Phthalates

- Triclosan

I think it does it’s job and it does it well. I bought this because I ran out of a sample of my Fresh Face Rose Primer, so I will probably purchase the Fresh primer when I run out. This primer is great though, it really is just personal preference.
